I've been working on updating some documents I had created a few months ago with a focus on making them more user-friendly in terms of design and the use of plain non-technical language for clients and others involved in the process of developing the instruction. Having a large spreadsheet with multiple rows and columns is still a great way to organize and oversee the entire project of course, but when working on milestones, this would be a great way to break things down one module at a time.
