There’s far too many people around us today, who are overthinking & overanalysing every small detail as to WHY it ‘won’t’ work rather than focusing on HOW it ‘could’ work…

Overthinking takes place when we are:

👉 Afraid of failing
👉 Afraid of making mistakes
👉 Trying to make things ‘perfect’
👉 Feeling stressed over life
👉 Thinking way too much about the past
👉 Thinking way too much about the future

The way to combat overthinking is to:

📌 Take more risks
📌 Take more action steps
📌 Take that leap of faith
📌 Disrupt the negative thought patterns
📌 Learn to live mindfully & more present
📌 Not believing in all the false stories your mind creates to trick you

By focusing on the above, you can slowly train your mind🧠 to become more of a DOer, rather than just a THINKer… this leads to faster results which you can then continue to work on improving for optimal performance & growth📈
