so many ideas, yet am spreading myself thin. I need to constantly get a reminder to slow down and focus on one area. But one area just seems to be many smaller areas within it, smh.

I personally have to compartmentalize each task for each project. I use the Microsoft To-do app to accomplish this for my personal tasks. It helps me keep my ADHD in check, and gives me a place to look at to refocus when I get off track. I also keep a notebook or paper close at all times to write down ideas so I can come back to them at a later point. This also helps with staying on track.

Just a few things that I have added to my life to help me get things totally done rather than a bunch of half done projects. It takes time to get into the habit of using them, but it did help me a lot. Hope your day is a great one!
