Recordings

Recording Livestreams, Meetings, & Events require an Entre pro membership. recordings are a great way to gain access to quality content that can be repurposed on Entre, and shared to other platforms.

How To Record My Livestreams/Meetings/Events?

As stated before, the record feature requires an Entre pro membership. As a Pro member, you can record any of your Livestreams, Meetings, and Events.

Mobile

On your mobile device you will be able to find the record button by clicking the three dots on the bottom right of your screen next to the other controls. Select "Start Recording" and your recording will begin instantly. A recording notification will also be displayed across the top of Room to let others know that you are recording.

Desktop

On your desktop all of the Room Controls can be found at the bottom of your screen. Simply click the "Record" button to begin recording. The recording will begin instantly, and a recording notification will be displayed across the Room to let others know that you are recording.


Where To Find My Recordings?

Recordings can only be downloaded via desktop, so you can only access them via desktop as well. To access them, simply click on your profile picture in the top right of the Home page to access the drop-down Menu. The recordings Tab will be fourth option from the top in the drop-down.

Upon opening the Recordings page you will be able to download and view any of your past recordings.


In summary:

  1. You can only record if you have an Entre Pro membership.

  2. You can only access and download your Recordings via the desktop version of Entre.

  3. You can find your Recordings by clicking on your profile picture in the top right and selecting "Recordings" in the drop-down Menu.

FAQ
  1. Recordings do NOT have to be stopped before you end the Room. As soon as you End the Room the recording will automatically be stopped.

  2. Yes, you can stop and start the recording and it will be cut out of the Recording.

  3. Recordings can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to finish processing.

    1. If you're recording is still being processed, and it's been more than 24 hours, please contact Support.
