Description
We're Looking For A: Proactive and detail-oriented Customer Case Intern to join our Customer Support (CS) team. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting the development of our CS Knowledge Bank and content managing, ensuring it serves as a robust repository of information for our teams. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and translating Spanish resources across various platforms (Web Support, Social, and Phone) to facilitate effective communication within our CS Spanish Teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the development of the CS Knowledge Bank.
- Review and translate Spanish resources for CS Spanish Teams (Web Support, Social, and Phone).
- Organize agent resources to enhance accessibility.
- Create reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and offer feedback to management.
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
- Ability to organize information systematically and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
- Basic proficiency in office software such as Google Workspace & Microsoft Office.
- Quick learner of new software applications for knowledge management.
- Fluent in reading and writing Spanish.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work environment, including 2 days per week in the office.
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
