Responsibilities:
Lead growth marketing efforts across various external channels in order to drive customer growth
Establish, track, and optimize KPI’s across all channels and take data-driven action to increase performance month over month
Develop, run, and analyze ad campaigns across multiple platforms with an emphasis on data-driven decisions
Implement and run an external content analytics system, which will be used to make quantitative decisions on which growth vectors to pursue
Run A/B testing on various product features, campaign messages, lead funnels, and more to increase prospective lead conversion and up developer retention rate
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of proven work experience as a Growth Marketer at one or multiple high-growth companies
2+ years of technical/analytical/quantitative work experience
Hands on experience with SEO, keyword optimizations, ad campaign platforms, and other growth analytic tools
Leadership abilities to establish, manage, and grow a crucial team within the company
High attention to detail
Ability to understand and write about highly technical topics, for both general and technical audiences
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
Experience at early stage startups is a large plus
Technological background a plus
Passion for blockchain technologies a plus
