Description

Responsibilities: Deeply understand, embrace, interpret, and apply Wipfli brand across all creative applications and media Demonstrate expertise in design principles including typography, composition, photography, hierarchy, iconography, imagery, UX/UI, movement, and color theory while adhering to the firm’s brand Work from creative briefs as well as partner with strategy leads and cross-functional teams to develop pitch decks and visually appealing sales materials and communications tools Create and conceptualize a variety of project deliverables across digital and print including but not limited to marketing collateral, website platforms, social media, PowerPoint presentations, aesthetic data visualizations, and video Provide accurate estimates on work and manage time to deliver projects on time and up to specifications Follow creative direction and ensure adherence to templates where necessary Effectively communicate and collaborate across the team on status of projects; address issues when they arise Gain and maintain fluency with continual learning in applicable marketing technology, tools and trends; share learnings with the broader marketing team Follow team processes for communication, tool usage, and file governance Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field Minimum 3 years job-related experience; marketing agency experience a plus Experience in UI layout in digital platforms (such as email and landing pages); strong understanding of UX/UI design and digital-first mentality Comfortable using various digital communication tools (task management systems, cloud storage, chat, etc.) to collaborate with teams across offices Expert ability to apply designs to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates and documents Expert at Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and familiarity of other Adobe suite of products Preferred experience: UX/UI tools such as Figma, XD, or Ceros; tag-based digital asset management tools such as Aprimo; video storyboarding, concepting, or editing
